Having things, be it online or physical, can greatly help reduce our workplace stress. “Use questionnaires or employee surveys to assess what tools or resources your employees need.” (LinkedIn) Providing the correct tools can prevent employees feeling as if they don’t have the proper tools to support themselves. When we have the right tools, we feel supported and more capable of doing our jobs.

Provide Clarity

Providing clarity in the workplace involves ensuring that employees have a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and expectations. When we have a clear sense of what is expected of us, we are less likely to experience stress related to uncertainty. If you do not get the clarity you need, ask your manager/boss – they’ll thank you in the long run!
