Project Case Studies: Client A

Problem: 80% of Client A’s data was inaccurate and late. Besides a lack of communication across divisions, the cause of poor data quality was relatively unknown.

Solution: To address all areas of inefficiency, QuantumMark implemented a Holistic Project Plan to identify key areas of improvement and train end-users and client staff for lasting success.

Project Case Studies: Client B

Problem: A new funding source required Client B to adopt new financial structure. Due to a lack of skill and knowledge, the company had 2 years to adopt legally mandated changes, but nothing done with only 8 months left to implement.

Solution: After a thorough assessment of the current environment, and the inclusion of the stakeholders in the solution planning, QuantumMark implemented a mentorship program to transfer knowledge to key employees to comply with the new funding sources.

Project Case Studies: Client C

Problem: Client C had a 1.5 year backlog of records and had become nationally blacklisted. In addition, there was a large rate of turnover for both staff and leadership, and a large rate of cultural resistance and employee burnout which exacerbated the problem.

Solution: QuantumMark was able to implement a new electronic system to increase the efficiency in data processing which created a more consistent and stable working environment, and better morale and collaboration among employees.
